mixed feelings about this hotel.
dirty entranceunhelpful staff
The entrance was really dirty, with garbage right next to the hotel, i saw that from the balcony. some of the staff were not helpful when i arrived. It was a bit shocking. this place could be so much better, it really lacks any finesse.

the location had perfection. main attractions existed at my doorstep. the triple room was very comfortable. noise from outside was zero. i used two bathrobes to close the gap under the door.
reception stood diagonally opposite. the doors to the foyer were often open all night. smokers would gather and chat outside. cigarette smoke entered under my door.

the breakfast included fresh croissants, buns and eggs in all kinds. cheese and yogurt added variety. fresh berries and fruits were always available.

the hotel benefits from proximity to major landmarks. hagia sophia stood a short distance away. top kapi palace remained easily accessible. tram stops provided convenient transport options.

the hotel staff was the best. they always helped guests. they also gave good advice. communication with reception happened very well.

The entrance area was surprisingly unkempt. The garbage area right next to the hotel was visible from my balcony. some staff seemed less helpful when i arrived which wasn't a great start. the hotel lacked a certain finesse i expected it seemed a pity such small details were overlooked. there was no coffee maker in the beautiful double room with balcony initially i requested one it was dusty and had old capsules.

the staff was friendly. the room was nice and clean. breakfast was good with a tasty variety. the hotel's location is near main attractions, and it remains quiet.
i didn't like that we had no hot water on arrival. windows didn't properly close, and cold wind came inside. a green light was blinking throughout the night, and it was disturbing for sleep.
